Augusto Fernandez menyapu bersih sesi latihan Jumat untuk putaran pembuka Moto2 Qatar.

Fernandez mengalahkan waktu FP1-nya lebih dari satu detik pada akhir FP2, yang digelar setelah matahari terbenam, mirip dengan balapan hari Minggu.

Di urutan kedua setelah Fernandez pagi ini, Jake Dixon mengalami highside di exit Tikungan 1 di menit-menit penutupan dan turun ke urutan kesepuluh.

Dengan FP3 besok berlangsung dalam kondisi sore yang lebih panas (lebih lambat), 14 teratas yang menerima akses langsung ke Kualifikasi 2 mungkin telah diputuskan malam ini...
