"For me, IRWIN Industrial Tools and the team it is very important to finish the year on the right note," he said. "It is also the final time the V8s race at Oran Park which has a rich history in Australian motor sport.
"The whole group is determined to finish with our heads held high and that means a strong weekend on the track.
"From a driver's point of view Oran Park is a great track. The combination of challenging corners and the fast start/finish straight, plus it is the only track we race at with a cross-over bridge. It has always attracted huge crowds and I see this year being one of the biggest."
