About the job - Social Media Producer - Crash.Net
Crash, one of the largest motorsport media brands in the world, is looking to hire a Social Media Producer.
We want to grow the quality and quantity of our video content, especially on our YT channels so we have created a dedicated role within the content team for a Social Media Producer. They will be responsible for the production of Social Media content for Crash, operating across all channels including YT, FB, Insta, Twitter & Tiktok.
Video content creation is of key importance in this role so you will be adept using tools such as Premiere Pro and the Adobe suite in general. You will work alongside the content team to deliver clear and consistent content and messaging that reflects the values of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Creating shareable content (video, images & news) for use across all social platforms for Crash.
Overseeing content production process from inception to delivery.
Working alongside the wider Crash team to leverage their work for social use.
Identifying areas of growth and opportunity across Social.
Working alongside key stakeholders in the company, including marketing and commercial, to help produce and deliver successful editorial and commercial social campaigns.
Deliver weekly reports and track content performance.
Monitoring all social platforms across the the Crash ecosystem to ensure consistency.

A passion for social media and the appetite for creating world class visuals and campaigns.
A thorough understanding of platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok.
A finger on the pulse for knowing what works on social media and the latest platform features.
A positive, creative attitude with an enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work brilliantly independently and as a team.
In depth knowledge of video/image creation tools largely Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
Video editing experience.
Paid social media experience is an advantage.
Experience of creating and managing briefs for both editorial and commercial campaigns.
Experience of developing campaign objectives and KPIs to ensure campaigns fulfil business goals - be that experiential, commercial or brand campaigns - whilst lending to brand building and community growth.
The ability to put together comprehensive campaign performance reports and very strong analytical skills.
The ability to validate your strategy through audience and social listening data.
