How can I watch the Azerbaijan GP? F1 timings and TV schedules

Formula 1 returns to the streets of Baku for this weekend’s Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

Making its debut in 2016, Baku has been a fan favourite over the years for its chaotic races.

2017 was memorable for Daniel Ricciardo’s surprise victory, benefitting from Sebastian Vettel hitting Lewis Hamilton deliberately under the Safety Car, while Lance Stroll scored his maiden podium for Williams. 

It’s a bittersweet venue for Valtteri Bottas.

The Finn was on course to win in 2018 but picked up a puncture in the closing laps.

He achieved redemption in 2019 with a win from pole position. 

Max Verstappen holds a four-point lead over Hamilton in the race for this year’s drivers’ title after the Dutchman’s maiden win in Monaco.

When is the Azerbaijan Grand Prix?

The 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix takes place on Sunday, June 6. Cars will take to the track on Friday for practice, with FP3 and qualifying taking place on the Saturday.

Where is the Azerbaijan Grand Prix taking place? 

The 2021 Azerbaijan Grand Prix is held at the Baku City Circuit.

The circuit is 6.003 km (3.730 mi) and consists of 20 corners.

Where can I watch the Azerbaijan Grand Prix?

All 23 races this season are being shown exclusively live on Sky Sports F1, while extended highlights will be shown on Channel 4 later in the evening.
