Only three laps from Verstappen. Looks like we won't be getting any qualifying runs from him today.
Replays show Gasly's car igniting in the pit lane, forcing the Frenchman to jump out of his AlphaTauri very quickly.
Current top 10: Sainz, Leclerc, Russell, Hamilton, Ocon, Bottas, Alonso, Perez, Stroll and Norris.
Sainz finds more time on the softs as he improves to a 1m42.587s.
Leclerc also improves - he's into P2 on the mediums, 0.2s off.
Hamilton moves up to fourth on the softs, 0.4s off Sainz.
Russell goes second on the softs, a tenth off Sainz despite a lock-up into Turn 13.
Leclerc's first lap of the session puts him third on the mediums - 0.6s off Sainz on the softs.
Impressive.
Both Mercedes drivers failed to improve on their soft tyres.
Still nothing from Verstappen on the stickier rubber. Perez's effort was littered with mistakes - he's in P13.

Verstappen is now out on track on the hards.
"There's an awful lot of rumours and gossip, we know where most of that permeates from. [The FIA] haven't issued certificates of compliance to anybody yet. There's a lot of conjecture about Red Bull but that could well be about four or five teams in the pit lane."
Current top 10: Sainz, Hamilton, Russell, Alonso, Ocon, Stroll, Gasly, Bottas, Vettel and Tsunoda.
