Bottas improves to second as the track continues to dry, 0.4s off.

Order with 35 minutes to go: Sainz, Leclerc, Bottas, Zhou, Magnussen, Stroll, Tsunoda and Vettel.

Conditions are improving. 

Order with 40 minutes to go: Sainz, Leclerc, Magnussen, Stroll, Tsunoda and Vettel.

Sainz is now on top with a 1m42.967s, over a second ahead of his teammate.

Vettel and Stroll join the track but not a lot going due to the rain.

Albon and Tsunoda are now on track as Alonso returns to the pit lane.

Leclerc sets the first time of the session with a 1m44.769s. 

Only Leclerc is out on track currently for Ferrari.

Russell, Hamilton, Sainz and Leclerc out on the intermediates. The rain is getting heavier.

Due to the rain, teams won't be able to validate their new upgrades, mainly Mercedes.

It's raining... don't expect too much track action to begin with.
