Dennis Foggia wins the Dutch Moto3 Grand Prix, while Romano Fenati overcomes a double long-lap penalty (for bad behaviour earlier in the weekend) to finish third, just behind Sergio Garcia.

Title leader Pedro Acosta returned after being ruled unfit due to a back injury on Saturday and salvaged fifth place, which became fourth when a furious Darryn Binder was demoted three places for exceeding track limits on the final lap.

Acosta goes into the summer break 48 points clear of Garcia.

Lorenzo Fellon, Andi Izdihar, Joel Kelso, Yuki Kunii, Jaume Masia and Takuma Matsuyama all had to serce a ride-through penalty, for riding slowly and disturbing other riders in qualifying.

Ricardo Rossi had a pit lane start for 'participating in on-track activity at the TT Circuit Assen within the 14 days prior to the Grand Prix at the same venue'.
