How Jack Miller took pole position at the San Marino MotoGP

Maverick Vinales goes fastest as the checkered flag comes out. 

The top seven are all within two tenths. 

The battle between Espargaro and Quartararo continues with the Aprilia rider going quickest once again. 

Make it Quartararo who leads the way now. As was the case in Austria Quartararo is getting stronger as the stint goes on. 

And he goes top with a time of 1:32.473s. 

Aleix Espargaro is on a cracking lap...

Ten minutes remaining and Bagnaia is still the leader from Bastianini and Martin. 

Very strong pace coming in from Franco Morbidelli as the Yamaha rider goes fourth. 

Bagnaia goes quickest as Quartararo moves into second. 

Miller is in the gravel at turn 13 but it's not a crash for the Ducati rider who has safely returned to the track. 

Track action is now heating up as Bagnaia goes third on just his second lap. 

Zarco is currently fastest from Quartararo but there's only handful of riders out on circuit. 

Aleix Espargaro has come straight back into pit lane - seemingly unhappy with the conditions although it's still dry.

A crucial session in finding out where riders stand regarding their race pace. 

And we're underway with MotoGP FP4 at Misano. 

There was rain towards the end of Moto3 qualifying but it's not heavy enough to make an impact at the moment.
