Augusto Fernandez

Winner of the 2022 Moto2 title with Red Bull KTM Ajo, Augusto Fernandez became the latest MotoGP rookie after Iker Lecuona and Remy Gardner to try his luck with a Tech3 seat, before Pedro Acosta was signed to the team for the 2024 season.

Fernandez enjoyed a very promising rookie season, with the highlight being a fourth place finish at Le Mans. 

After riding for Speed Up, Pons and Marc VDS in Moto2, Fernandez struck gold with Ajo, emerging from the pre-season shadow of superstar rookie team-mate Acosta to hold off Ai Ogura for the crown.

Now together again in MotoGP, Fernandez and Acosta will form one of the best young pairings on the grid.
