Yates secures California backer
Yates Racing has announced that Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, will sponsor Travis Kvapil and the #28 Ford Fusion in this weekend's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Fontana, California.
The car will appear on track with its new look sponsorship for the first time on Friday ahead of the race weekend, which will mark the second event of the NASCAR Sprint Cup campaign.

"It's another great opportunity for the #28 team and Yates Racing to have Farmers Insurance on board for next weekend's race at Fontana," Kvapil said. "Yates and Ford Racing have a great intermediate track program which gives us a lot to look forward to next weekend at Fontana."
Kevin Kelso, Farmers Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, said the company was pleased to secure the sponsorship deal for the event.
