Racing brothers David, Jeff and Mark Green are returning to their hometown of Owensboro, Kentucky to host the third annual Green Brothers Celebrity Golf Tournament at Summit Country Club on July 31st.

Raising a total of $171, 210 in the past two years, the Green Brothers tournament donates the proceeds to the MDA, Children's Miracle Network, Busch Series Ladies Association, Motor Racing Outreach, Owensboro Speedzeum and other charities.

"We've had a lot of fun putting on this tournament for the past two years," said Jeff, who drives the #30 America Online Chevrolet in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series. "We often don't find the time to get together with our friends and family and this provided us with that opportunity and a chance to help others out with the money we raise."

Along with the golf tournament, silent and live auctions will held to help raise money for several charities. Items for the live auction include racing memorabilia as well as some items from country music singers. Among the big racing items are autographed uniforms from Tony Stewart, Dale Jarrett, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jeff Green; the Looney Tunes complete diecast set and a Sam Bass RCR print of all three cars.

Items donated by Warner Bros. Music include a signed Dwight Yokham cowboy hat and a dress worn by Faith Hill during the Country Music Awards. Steve Wariner also donated a guitar.

Drivers scheduled to play in the day-long tournament include Michael Waltrip, who originally hosted the event and also hails from the same small Kentucky town, Matt Kenseth, Randy Lajoie, Jason Keller, Larry Foyt, Jamie McMurray, Mark Green and Jeff Green. Others include country singer Wariner, team owner Richard Childress and FOX television commentator Larry McReynolds.

Competing in his first full Winston Cup season, Jeff drives for Richard Childress Racing while his brother Mark recently joined Atkins Motorsports driving the #38 Great Clips Ford in the Busch Series.
