Team Rensi adds Timberland as Assoc. backers.
Team Rensi Motorsports, Bobby Hamilton Jr's Busch Series team, have added footwear company Timberland as an associate sponsor for the 2003 season alongside primary backers The United States Marine Corp.

Hamilton Jr's #25 Ford Taurus will sport Timberland logos on its lower rear quarter-panels while the Timberland logo will also be added to all team clothing and equipment, including the hauler. Every team member will also be decked out in Timberland footwear while at the New Hampshire International Speedway in July, where Hamilton Jr won last season, the car will be painted in a special Timberland livery.

Bobby Hamilton, Jr. joined Team Rensi in 2002, and immediately proved his potential. He captured his first win at the New Hampshire International Speedway, as well as posting six top-five and 15 top-10 finishes throughout the year. He finished out the season in eighth place in the overall NASCAR Busch Series points standings. Heading into 2003, many NASCAR watchers consider Hamilton, Jr. a lead contender for the 2003 NASCAR Busch Series title.
