Hermie aiming to make right impact at Talladega.
Hermie Sadler, brother of Robert Yates Racing's Elliott Sadler, will return to the NASCAR Winston Cup Series this weekend with help from Dale Earnhardt Incorporated as Sadler tries to promote Autism Awareness during the Aaron's 499.
Sadler, whose daughter Halie Dru was diagnosed with autism two years ago, will attempt to qualify for the Aaron's 499 as part of his ongoing program to raise awareness for the condition.

Crack restrictor-plate track squad DEI, whose cars have won seven of the last nine Winston Cup restrictor plate races, will supply Sadler's #02 team with a car, engine and technical support. It is not yet clear whether Sadler will use a DEI Chevrolet Monte Carlo body as NASCAR's new 'common body' rulings can make it possible to use the same chassis with different bodyshells, as evidenced by Phoenix Racing at Daytona this year. Sadler's team has used a Pontiac Grand Prix body on its selected appearances so far in 2003.
In addition to Autism Awareness Sadler will also sport the colours of Jerry Jarrett's NWA-TNA Wrestling Federation. Sadler has made several appearances for the weekly Pay Per View group, currently the only other major wrestling promotion next to WWE in the United States following the collapse of WCW and ECW.
In recent weeks Sadler has also announced innovative sponsorship deals with several Universities in his native Virginia and continues to work on a partial Winston Cup schedule for 2003.
