Robby out at RCR, Team Gordon to return?
Amidst the tragedy that has enveloped the NASCAR world this past few days, team owner Richard Childress has confirmed that Robby Gordon will not return to the #31 Cingular Wireless team for a fourth season in 2005.
With Childress expected to make a driver announcement for the #31 this weekend at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, Gordon quickly went on record as saying that he would like to bring his #55 Busch team back into the Nextel Cup arena as quickly as possible.

Gordon, who entered his own team with limited success in 2000, moved back into team ownership this year in the Busch Series with sponsorship from Fruit of the Loom. In 22 starts so far this year in the Busch Series Gordon has scored one win and eight top ten finishes.
