The Haas CNC Racing team will sport a new primary sponsor as well as a new race number in 2006 after concluding a deal with Best Buy.

Incoming driver Jeff Green will use the #66 plate formerly used by the Peak Performance Motorsports team which, in turn, has switched to the #61.

Team boss Gene Haas saw his primary sponsor deal with NetZero come to a conclusion at the end of 2005 after a three year stretch in the Nextel Cup Series with the #0 Chevrolet.

But after adding Best Buy as a major associate backer in 2005, Mike Bliss' showings in the #0 Chevrolet did enough to convince Best Buy that a full time primary sponsorship deal was a wise move for the 2006 season.
