Todd Parrott joins Labonte/Petty team.
Former Championship winning crew chief Todd Parrott will be Bobby Labonte's new crew chief at Petty Enterprises in 2006, returning to the team he grew up around when his dad Buddy performed similar duties for 'The King' Richard Petty.
Parrott, who helped guide Dale Jarrett to the 1999 Winston Cup title for Robert Yates Racing, will join 2000 Cup Series Champ Bobby Labonte at the famed #43 team as the Petty family team continues to make major moves in an effort to get back into the Nextel Cup winners circle.

In addition to the hiring of Labonte and Jeff Gordon's former crew-chief Robbie Loomis, another personality with long standing ties to the Petty family, the addition of Parrott to the Petty Enterprises staff is another huge plus point for the once-great team.
