Andretti back to Petty.
Former Petty Enterprises driver John Andretti has been named as one of two replacements for Kyle Petty when the driver of the #45 Dodge steps out of the driving seat and into the TV booth for five races.
Andretti, who drove the famous #43 entry for Petty Enterprises for five and a half seasons between 1998 and 2003, will take the wheel of the #45 Dodge currently occupied by Petty for the June race at Michigan, the July race in New Hampshire, the Pepsi 400 at Daytona and the trip to Chicagoland while Petty tries his hand at commentating.
