TT 2015: Hamilton 'stable' after Senior incident
Ulster rider Jamie Hamilton is now said to be in a stable condition following his crash at the Isle of Man TT.
Northern Ireland's Jamie Hamilton is now in a stable condition in hospital after sustaining serious injuries after a fall before the 11th Milestone in the Senior TT.
The Ballyclare rider came off on the second lap of the race on John Burrows' Suzuki at Burnside, causing the race to be stopped.
Hamilton was airlifted to Nobles Hospital in Douglas, with his injuries initially described as 'serious but not life-threatening'.
He was later transferred to the Aintree University Hospital in Liverpool and was in a critical condition for several days.
He was brought out of sedation during the week and has shown encouraging signs of improvement.
