Second-half racing continues at Somerset.
The Somerset 'Mike Manning Audio' Rebels are please to announce that the popular 2nd half junior racing re-introduced under the guidance of Ray Dickson in 2005 is to continue in 2006.
"In 2005 the 2nd halves were very successful with a lot of very good racing by the riders involved, including the under 15 demonstration rides." said Dickson. "The proof of our efforts from last season is that Tim Webster has now signed for the Newport Mavericks in the Conference League, after starting off as a raw novice in 2005."

"Watching the likes of Billy Legg and Daniel Kirkman also progress along with our under 15's gives me the enthusiasm of putting on great entertainment for the supporters."
"However, this can be an expensive sport for the youngsters to break into, and anything the fans can do to help the lads and our girl rider with fuel, oil and the odd tyre, which can be for as little as ?30 per week, would be much appreciated by all concerned."
