SGP race to 'Speedy' sponsorship.

Speedy Hire Plc (Speedy) is to extend its current sponsorship with BSI and the world championship FIM Speedway Grand Prix Series (SGP).

Following a successful introduction to sponsorship of the Series last year, Speedy Hire Plc, the leading provider of tool and equipment hire services in the UK, will be an Elite sponsor of all ten Grands Prix in 2006.

John Postlethwaite, Chief Executive, BSI, rights holders of the FIM SGP Series comments: "This is great news for the SGP Series. Speedy has recognised the strengths of the Series and how they match their own company principles. Through the excellent coverage of the world championship generated on UK television, the sponsorship also creates brand awareness of the Speedy brand in their core target market. We are very much looking forward to working with them once again in 2006."
