The Manor-run team missed the season-opening race at Spa due to financial issues before enduring a difficult 24 Hours of Le Mans that prompted officials to switch the two-car programme from Mechachrome to AER engines.
Issues with the FIA's homologation deadline relating to engines meant the team had to miss last month's 6 Hours of Silverstone, but a single Ginetta has now been listed on the entry list for Fuji.
The #6 Ginetta will feature Alex Brundle, Oliver Rowland and Michael Simpson, lifting the LMP1 field up to nine cars for the race at Fuji Speedway on October 14.
The other change in LMP1 comes at DragonSpeed, where Pietro Fittipaldi will make his return to sports car racing after breaking his legs during qualifying for the Spa WEC round in May, resulting in a lengthy lay-off. He will deputise for Renger van der Zande, who will has to miss Fuji due to the clashing IMSA Petit Le Mans race on the same day.
Jean-Eric Vergne will race in the #28 TDS Racing Oreca 07 Gibson in place of Loic Duval, who along with Augusto Farfus is on DTM duties on the same weekend. Farfus' place in the #82 BMW M8 GTE in GTE-Pro will be taken by Tom Blomqvist.
