Seton wants to knock off Brock.
Glenn Seton wants to knock off Peter Brock. Or at least Peter Brock's tally of 212 rounds contested in the Australia's premier touring car series, although the Ford driver admits his options are rather limited following his being dropped by the Dick Johnson Racing squad in favour of Will Davison next year.
Seton was on a two-year contract with the Queensland squad, but in something of a clean-out the V8 and Australian Touring Car Championship veteran was ousted at the squad with a year left to run. That extra season would have taken Seton past Peter Brock's 212 rounds contested.

"I'd love to be able to run next year and knock off that 212 that Brock's got in rounds, if I can get that I'll be on top of the pile," Seton told Crash.net Radio
With the confirmation that DJR would no longer require Seton's services, the question has to be where now?
"There is a couple of opportunities, but I haven't pursued them to tell you the truth," said Seton at the season finale. "I only was told a week ago about the situation so I've just been mainly focusing on getting down here and getting the job down here, and then work out what's available after that."
Although his chances for next season are slim, Seton remains optimistic. "You never know, things can happen," he says. "Ford have been fantastic supporters and they still are behind me to try and get me out there."
