Injured Clark out of ICU.
Fujitsu Series driver David Clark has been moved out of intensive care following the Bathurst accident that cost the life of fellow competitor Mark Porter over the weekend.
Clark has been in the Intensive Care Unit at Sydney's Nepean Hospital since Friday's accident, while doctors investigated any additional complications in an injury list already encompassing a punctured lung and fractures to his pelvis, right arm and leg. He was taken out of a medically-induced coma on Sunday morning when extensive tests showed no significant brain or spinal injuries.
