PCR confirms new, retained sponsors.
Paul Cruickshank Racing has revealed its sponsorship line-up for 2007, featuring a blend of loyal and new backers as it heads into its second season at the top level of V8 Supercar competition.
Despite being a fledgling team in the premier class, PCR already boasts an impressive list of long-term partners, but has secured several further high-profile sponsors for the coming season, which team owner Cruickshank says is testament to the Ford outfit's rapidly-growing credibility.
"Because of the massive support of sponsors, PCR has made huge advancements in such a short period of time and I'm very proud of what we have achieved as a single car team," Cruickshank admitted, "The secret of PCR's success has been developing very strong two-way relationships with our long-term sponsors. Many of them made the step up into the V8 Supercar main game with the team in 2006 and, together, we are continuing to grow. I am really looking forward to further strengthening our existing partnerships and developing similar bonds with our new sponsors."
Again competing under the banner of Glenfords Racing, PCR will feature Glenfords Tool Centres as its naming sponsor, with the leading tool supplier continuing to dominate the updated livery of the #111 Falcon. However, strengthening ties with other long-term partners, PCR welcomes the continued support of major sponsor ActronAir for the fifth consecutive year, while both Doric Products and Cowdroy have re-signed for another season.
As well as retaining existing partners, PCR has attracted new associate sponsors in the form of the giant Wilson Security organisation and thebottleo.com.au.
"PCR has undertaken a significant development programme, including the technical relationships with Stone Brothers and Triple Eight, which in-turn will see us deliver even more for our sponsors," Cruickshank added, "2007 promises to be a very exciting time for PCR and our partners as we move into the next stage in our development and also bid farewell John Bowe in his final full-time season in V8 Supercars."
